Responding to these 2 quotes because of the very frustrating struggle I went through with this VERY same thing when I rebuilt my engine. I kept swapping back and forth between two engines and got the SAME codes. Why? Because the damn FSM has poor instructions that causes people to install the chains incorrectly (off a tooth on the crank) but think they did it right. It's very likely the problem is in the chain/timing. It could be possible it's crankshaft position sensor which is pretty easy to remove and check. It turns out when 1 bank is off by 1 tooth, it still starts and idles just fine and even run pretty much OK (but with less power).

I don't know how SSM works but if you can load different stock maps, then you CAN reset the initial learning values if you flash in a map from a different year, then back. I discovered that I could RESET my initial learning values when diagnosing my issues. I have a 2013 car and once I flashed to a 2016 stock tune file, then back to my 2013 file, it reset the values. Something I could verify with Techstream. This is a vastly superior option than buying a new ECU!!

I thought of your experience as well. I don't understand the zero values you saw in the table after the reflash but hell, if it works, it works!
