The window sticker did not say anything about the mats. I did how ever have to pay 95 dollars for the trunk mat witch did come with the car

. Yeah I figured I was going to have to contact headquarters on this one. Thanks for all the replies.

I'd have them refund the 95 bucks for the trunk mat, or ask for a few extra oil changes.

Standard. I got 4 summer mats, 2 front winter mats, and wheel locks free of charge. And I paid below MSRP too.

Yes it's standard it's Toyota scion policy fr all vehicles

They don't have the trunk mat option which dealership did you guys go to?

You are correct. OP, I'd call the dealer. Also, aren't they listed on your window sticker? I believe they were on mine, but I'd have to pull it out of "secure storage" to look at it.

I'd be scared to get the oil changes from them... They'd probably say that the filter wasn't included as "standard" with the change.
