I think had it been black with orange by the projector you would've like it more. I think somebody here did it on a red one. You did a really good job though, and it is unique. Thumbs up ��

OP!! good job! but your half finished, thats why your not satisfied.

having your housings color matched is the right way to do it! But at the risk of eliminating the contrast from reflective housings, that give the FRS its predominate facade.

So what do you do? You have to add contrast or accents in a now void area of your front bumper.

When we look at something, it takes a fraction of a second to size up and determine if something is aesthetically pleasing. Our brains however only register a small bit of information in this period of time, then fills in the rest.

This is what our eyes are registering.

1. We see the basic color and base shape as well as depth of field. This is what we first look at (kinda like ink blotch) when we see the FRS front.

2. If you color match the housing, you eliminate the eyes and our brains register this.

3. By adding black contrast around the projector lamps ..much like eye liner for women..we achieve the desired effect of "presence". Ultimately we retain the sinister outline of the factory look with color matched eyes.
