I installed this myself (full kit) in about two hours. I could have accomplished it more quickly, however I am wanted to be sure it was flawless. It is really very easy. I found using a heat gun in the smaller tighter areas practically did the work for me by molding the film to the contours of the bumper. All in all a very doable project for a novice. I am presently out of the country but when i return I will see if I can post the full high res install pics. I documented step by step process for anyone feeling a bit nervous.
