I would just use a sharpie/paint pen and fix it. That's nothing, likely pulled the paint off from the tire friction going onto the wheel.

I trust my mechanic with a lot of things and him and his team have taken care of me. If I were you, I would just mention it to them politely. If he's cool enough, he'll probably understand.
I'm always worried though that something like this would happen and I pray it doesn't!
