What is a BFH? What might I use a crow bar for? Do I need to get the Freeman crowbar?
I've got a few crow bars ranging in size from about 8 inch plus the handle, to about 4 feet. They're handy for things like removing calibers after you get the bolts out, levering control arms into or out of place, and just for things that don't want to go where they need to go. We're getting farther down the list here, as they wouldn't be used for every job, but I'd still want to have them on hand.

I would add gloves to the list. Disposable or not its a lot cleaner for the inside of your car when you need to test something real quick.

I didn't see it listed or I missed it, but steel toe shoes are always a must. Also, you don't want to ruin your fancy kicks.

I've been using an old pair of crocs for years now. I call them my steel toed sandals. After having a steel toe crushed to the point that it cut into my toes I've preferred to work without them as I find I get complacent with them. YMMV.

Swivel fan for your garage if it doesn't have A/C. Some kind of extra light source that's bright; I find myself working at night and the garage lighting is piss poor. Those headbands with the LED lights in them are probably useful too. I'm the guy that just bought hose clamp pliers though, so I might be a bit extreme. Right tool for the right job!
