The TRD Front Fender Aero Fins reduce both drag & lift: it reduces lift just like a canard, & it reduces drag by cutting the air before it hits the side mirror (if you have a pressure washer & aim for the fin, you'll notice how the water behaves behind the side mirror, aka wake region).
