You will never get exactly the same numbers on both sides. If you do then it is coincidence or they are bullshiting you. As long as things are withing the specs you are good to go.

I’d take the car to a performance alignment shop or someone that will take their time to get the alignment dialed in. Usually you’d want 0 toe up front and around 1-2 degrees negative camber in the front. Having heavy, aggressive offset wheels can also make the car feel less precise

That alignment isn't great, but it's about what I'd expect from the factory at least. A set of the OEM camber/crash bolts would help tremendously.

How many miles on your new tires?
