But I could use a new leather interior in the 911, and a rebuild on the targa top, and some ding repair and paint.

Might as well leave your car stock :P Save the money.
You are not going anywhere with NA engine mods compared to other cars.
I spent so much money in my FI setup and I barely beat stock V8s. lol
