I think that's not a terrible, terrible price. You should definitely negotiate a little if you can, though. Worst thing they can do is say no. Generally speaking dealerships are willing to work with you if you say something like "I really do like the car, but it's on the high end of my budget. My target is 15k, anything you can do to meet me closer to that?"

@zizon93 how do you know its never been tuned?

And prices vary by a pretty big margin, I was gonna say 16k+all the other stuff is too much

Buuut, it seems like some people have been paying quite a bit for used cars? IDK, I'd check the fs:car section of this site instead.

And when it comes to negotiating, just figure out what YOU want to pay for the car. Offer that to the dealer and be prepared to walk. They should be begging YOU for the sale, not the other way around. Don't be afraid of losing this one, the FRS/BRZ is all over-this isn't a rare little flower you'll never see again.

OP: Certified Preowned doesn't mean much these days. Have a PPI done to check for any damage. CPO usually means that you pay a little extra for additional warranty. Check on that. PPI better than carfax.

Good point about the tune issue.

Looked in TX for 2 months, could not find any. The ones that I did were either FR-S or there was something wrong with them. Just had to do it.
