I use shopping mall japan and have never had an issue.
The only pita is some people on yahoo japan refuse to deal with deputy services and block them. I also like there flat rate shipping for small stuff. Just becareful as it add up quick. Especially when your paying to ship the item to there JP store and then to your door. They do transfer items to there usa warehouse on there dime though. I haven't really ordered any large car parts from them though. Just interior trim, books, movies ect.
