At each stop of the way, something will get tweaked until it only sort of looks like the original concept.

You try to hard to answer it. There's no answer for a hypothetical question.

Probably safety regulations. If anyone has the time to prove this, the safety regulations should be public knowledge. But at least the fog light area from this concept seems to have made it into the facelifted BRZ.
