Good question. I don't know and didn't measure. Not that I could notice visually.

So...yeah I have these plates installed on tarmac IIs. I played with my alignment for a good while and realized a 2.2 degree adjustment range for my setup with the plates (lowered 20mm). I set it up for a max of -1* with it being adjustable with the plates to -3.2*. I'm going to work this sat to see how this "street" to "track" adjustment affects the toe. Sounds like...not a perfect world from reading the above insight. Probably going to compromise "street" toe for 0* "track" toe.

What is your goal for having a street and a track setup? Most people that want less negative camber for the street are doing it out of tire wear concerns, but I would guess that running -1 degree camber with 0.2 degrees toe out will give you more tire wear than -3.2 degrees camber and 0 toe.

Agreed-toe is harder on tires. Car is not a daily in my case. I have to consider the effect the camber change at the track has on toe. I will measure this on Saturday. I will probably have to make a compromise. I don't know what I will settle with yet. What I do know is that I will lean toward a more beneficial track setup. HPDE in my area for my goals might average 300 miles one way. No sense in compromising the tires before I get there. I realize the problem. I guess I'm just taking the opportunity to bitch because it's a little frustrating.
