It does but normally it applies to very rare/exotic and valuable cars. AKA one of Elvis' caddies is worth more than face value but I think you need to go through a specialized insurance provider and it can get complicated and expensive.

I say try a different insurance company. Geico not that great for our twins. Highest premiums nation wide if I recall.
