I'll get you a picture but it's only about 3 to 4mm of a gap to the bezel but the projector extends beyond the bezel.

Do it is all I can say. I'm still waiting on a few other items to get in before I tackle the high beam function.

Would you be able to use spacers to move it back into the bezel? Not that big a deal if it doesn't stick out too much I guess lol

The projector itself has three pre drilled locations as part of the adjuster. However to move it back you'll lose the ability to adjust them. It's already pretty tight getting to the adjuster on in the middle position.

The projector is going to stick out no matter what. It won't sit behind the bezel like the OEM Valeo housing.

Can't use spacers. This uses all the same parts that the video shows on FT86SpeedFactory's website. So the holding bracket slides into slots on the inside while the outside get bolted into place.

The only adjustment you can do is deciding on which of the 3 screw holes you want the projector to mount to the carrier. Using the furthest forward will result in the projector sitting further back but make it impossible to adjust the angle of projection and to tighten it down.

The middle location (which is what you'll see in my pictures) is the most ideal as going with the third option would really have it sitting out there.

Sorry about the grime and lower quality photo (camera phone). I'll get the DSLR out later and get some quality photos. Hate the fact I lost some of those plastic retention clips the OEM kit has you add....that damn gap cause I can't get anyone at Toyota to find a part number without ordering the whole kit again.

Day time pictures with the nice DSLR as promised that will show the gap and how far forward the projector housing is from the bezel.

No sadly. I opened a dispute with alibabba as they got delivered to somewhere in Russia. How the hell that works out when its a US address is beyond me. Next step is on hold till then.

So I got an unexpected surprise today. Looks like I'll be picking this back up sooner than I thought.
