Even if you buff it off, it will come back within the next 6 months. I'd suggest just replacing that headlight assembly as a whole.

And how is working? It is worth it?

That is what you would suggest, huh? Do you buy a new car when yours needs washed?

My buddy owned a paint booth at the time so he re-cleared my headlights for me on my Speed3 and they did not develop any hazing after that. It's all in the prep; make sure you do a good job sanding and restoring them first.

If that is what is needed the best solution for most people would be to grab a can of SprayMax 2k clear. It is the only two part epoxy clear that comes in a can. You push a tab in to burst an internally-stored container of activator, shake or two minutes and have a 24 hour pot life. One can should do both headlights.

Never heard of the stuff but a quick look is very promising. I can think of all sorts of applications where this would rock!
Thanks.

They also make a fantastic filler primer for small projects where you don't want to get all your spray equipment set up (or don't own spray equipment in the first place).

The clear is quite fantastic and gives exceptional results with proper prep.

My headlights are cleared as well and they look great even after a couple of winters of graveled roads.

My painter buddy said it would have to eat through all the clear before it is even possible for it to haze again.

Spraymax 2k is the only clear you should use if you don't have a proper spray gun. It rocks -- but it really does only work for 24 hours. You have to work quick.

One note: this product REQUIRES a respirator. You WILL die if you use this in a closed space

Any two part epoxy will have the same inhalation dangers. I don't use a respirator, but I do small parts and then leave the garage for the ten minutes of flash time between coats.
