The door cards are obviously different but the doors look pretty similar. The windshields are different but does anyone know if any of the other glass pieces are interchangable? It wouldn't surprise me if the carpet was the same. The pedals and the trim piece behind the gas pedal also look similar. I'm too lazy to look up the part numbers for this stuff. I think the Whiteline transmission, rear subframe and diff inserts are all compatible if you're counting aftermarket parts.

Has anyone installed GR86 oem suspension on a first generation BRZ?
Ive read it should fit fine but just want to make sure. thanks |

They'll bolt up no problem. I haven't tried that specific mix, but have a set of coilovers that have been on both my second and first gen, and the only difference was the first gen's bolts were a little crustier. It's possible there are small changes in damping and spring rates, but those won't change how it bolts in.

I can only compare brand new 2nd gen seats to 130k mile 1st gen seats, but I do find the 2nd gen to have a little softer seats and the 1st gen bolsters to be a little more aggressive. They're very similar though, and it's minor differences.
