I hear you on that one, it was one of my biggest concerns actually.When I was having the web meeting with my SW rep and technician I straight up told them, "I don't care about pretty colors and fancy looking models. Can I get complete and comprehensive output of calculations?"

Sure enough, you can! So far so good. I've been putting it through it's paces on old formulas for parts I've done, and as far as I can tell, as long as the operator puts in the correct parameters and variables, it will spit out reliable numbers.

I'm not the type that uses these programs to make fancy renderings to impress clients with pictures and colorful charts, I use it because everything I design we actually build and I'm faster on SW than pencil & paper.
