Quote:
Japanese word used to describe the 1st model of a particular generation of vehicle. As opposed to the 2nd model/version which is called Kouki. EDIT: Of course, these are 1st and second model terms within the SAME generation.

Lovely version 2.0, that new FRS does look like a ninja turtle nose-mouth at the right angle but still nice too haha. You can tell Subaru really pays attention to certain critiques mentioned by major publications. Many-a-folks complained about the steering wheel have "wasted real-estate." I mean you throw in push-to start, keyless entry, etc....it was a no-brainer to throw in some controls, its a Subaru lol....my prediction is the next generation will add remote start.
I would love to change my steering wheel out but safety is a major concern, I need an airbag(although I gotta pretty personal steering wheel just sitting ). Sexiest steering wheel I've seen thus far is the E92 M3 performance wheel w/the built in tach-leds. I'm just happy the platform is alive and relatively unchanged. Though if I'd just bought a 2016 Brand New, I'd be a liiiittle upset(20k for a CPO 2015 w/3k miles was a steal to me, I had to) but we've yet to see what the sticker price of the new will be once they hit the local lots. Honestly I'd only pull the headlights though, I still give the 1st gen the win in the bumper department. Toyobaru might not ever give us a turbo-version. I personally think the engineers are still upset they managed to give the world another legendary 100hp per liter 4-cylinder only a 100lbs heavier than the all-mighty ITR, even made it RWD for us and we still complained >.< lol

Now if they can only put a decent head unit with decent speakers and get rid of all the rattles, I'm in again
