Pardon my total ingorance, but really what are the issues with seeing someone's license plate?
Understood a fraudster can masquerade as a known individual of said vehicle and plate but still not sure of the real idenity theft issue versus seeing a plate on the road, etc. I have my xB in Auto Trader and didnt black out the plate for the pics. So far just got an email asking why it's for sale, but not looking to buy!?

Well being the security conscious guy I now am...
Sold my xB 100% by email and the guy is paying more than asking price. He paid in full and the funds are at Paypal. All I have to do now is send him back the $2500 overpayment for shipping to China by Western Union. His agent will be here to pick up the vehicle next week I emailed him back that I already sent the $2500 but Paypal keeps sending me form emails saying I need to send the funds so they can release the overpayment to my account. I asked for the payment to go to Heywood Jablome.
