Yes, but not with a CARB tune; the car had a ton of other mods, and no single thing can be singled out as the cause of failure. And it had no engine oil cooler, but was "raced". Hmm....

CSG Mike and CSG David, thank you for all your help. Oscar at Jackson racing is an outstanding guy(customer service that can't be beat from CSG and JR)! JR kit was installed over the weekend and I received the oil cooler kit earlier today and just finished the installation. Vehicle gets towed to tune tomorrow here locally in Vegas, Shawn Church will be tuning it on 91 octane. I will let you know what the results are. Again, THANK YOU!

Did I mention that Oscar at Jackson Racing is awesome?!?
CSG customer service, AWESOME!

For Oscar Jr @Jackson Racing, @CSG Mike and @CSG David, Jack and the crew at EFI Logics, as of lately @DeliciousTuning, and @moto-mike at Moto-East, I would use the term "most exceptionally outstanding". They know their stuff, are happy to share, know how to treat customers, are very responsive, especially when needed. They are the key reasons why I enjoy my car as much as I do on the street/ax/track, why I believe that spending a bundle of money on upgrades was well worth it, why a few setbacks turned into minor inconveniences and why I am looking to keep this car for a while. I am glad that they are in this business and I wish them all the best.

Requires retrofit. It is recommended to run the Jackson Racing oil cooler kit, not just because it is a JR kit, but it was designed in line with the supercharger kit as well as utilizing some very high quality components that fits perfectly in the system.

Based on several case studies, data points, and experiences, we recommend you get a Jackson Racing oil cooler kit.

Will somebody please make a good in cabin video of a run or two through the gears, or a run with hard acceleration and braking(such as a good mountain road run)? I have only seen one video that does this very well at all, and I just want to hear the sound of this supercharger. Or is I very quiet, and that is why I cannot hear it?

Take a look at the CSG track videos, they might give you what you're asking for.

Personally, I think the kit is quiet. Quieter than the Vortech kit, Sprintex kit, and the KraftWerks kit especially by a good margin, the latter which I've also owned, including their quieter cogged pulleys. (vs. their smooth pulleys)

If I wasn't always driving solo and had a UEL now, I would make a video for you. The way the car is currently set up, the exhaust basically masks any other noises.
