Well, I know how it comes to the table... well, at least I did in Japan. My 5th or 6th cousin's family own rice field in Japan. They do full natural way and it's pretty cool to see em do it without any chemical or machines... but it's a bitch to maintain... so I hear, I go there to eat their rice. I'm so fatass lmao

I'm with Ichi here. Glad to have a choice of local foods that has not been near machines that make millions of pounds of food.
I would, however, enjoy designing them. I've designed software far more malevolent than a sausage factory, and enjoyed it immensely. So no offense intended in any direction.

All the parts finally came in for me to get back into coffee snobbery after a few year hiatus. Chief among which are a Baratza Encore grinder, Chemex coffee pot, actual clean water instead of tap water, heated to between 195-205 degrees, and coffee that was roasted on May 18th and ground right before I brewed it.

I usually like the office coffee with a lot of flavored creamer, but I can drink this stuff straight. There's no bitterness or burned taste and you can actually pick up subtle flavors in the coffee. It's pretty damn good. Pay no attention to the picture quality; it's an old iPhone.

And yes, I know what I sound like.
