This got me looking at shift knobs; I found an NHL hockey puck shift knob. That's awesome, but awkward.

I tried finding 7 ball knobs, but everything I ran across didn't have the right thread and/or wasn't milled out for the reverse lockout knob to slide up. I have a drill press, I figured WTF.
Buying the 7 ball alone was going to cost almost as much as a complete set. I figured I could probably sell a few and then the wife wouldn't be mad at me for spending more money.

So I am FRS-less as of tonight... dropped it off to have the damage caused by the glass company fixed. Going to take about a week. My wife's work is handling it (Dealer) they are also repainting the front bumper for me which I will be covering almost immediately to prevent any rock chips from happening to it again. (Thinking about just using clear plastidip anyone done that?)

They will be repainting the whole side of the car (Passenger side) which is nice since I had gotten two scratches on that side. But I hate it being somewhere else... at least I can check on it when ever I want.

But in other news I bought the FD's Swap Harness, PCM, Headers, Mounts, Motor (LS1, LS6 Milled Heads, Cam) and a few other things. Still haven't sold the Vette but soon. I am almost thinking about pulling the 408 out of the Vette putting in this LS1 and keeping the 408 for the FD but that's a lot of work... meh.

Either way productive day it seems... we shall see.

I need a night to make each one, line it up on my shifter and let the epoxy set for a while before doing the next one. If it doesn't line up perfectly on your shifter, stuff some tissue or little bit of foam or rubber into the end to tighten things up.

Guys I'm looking for a stock set of wheels with good tires on it... or any other shitty aftermarket wheels with good tires on it so I can do the drift event on Saturday at wildhorse.... looking to spend less than 400 hit me up! 503 358 9770, I'll come pick up wherever hopefully west side of the valley though or PM me

If you need a last resort, my extra stock set is sitting in @AZFA20 garage. I need to swap two of the wheels onto my car because of curb rash, though.
