Safety inspections are annual requirements (no emissions). If you modify certain parts of your car (ANY suspension mod) you require another inspection called 'reconstruction' inspection. Mostly just requires proof that your car is within factory spec. Here's the kicker, any police officer can write you a recon ticket if they believe your car requires an inspection, or if they believe you've modded something since your last recon inspection; you are then required to prove otherwise, or get another inspection. The Bruery makes some damn fine beer. I grabbed a couple bottles of Funkwerks stuff yesterday and 4 bottles of Mikeller French Oak Barleywines.

My beer fridge is getting full. I kegged my Kolsch yesterday and transferred my Peach Farmhouse Ale to secondary yesterday. That one will be bottled and drinkable around Halloween.

I like the DogFishHead one that was inspired by an ancient Chinese brew. It has honey and grape juice and hawthorn fruit in it. Sounds odd, but it's really good if you're adventurous. http://www.dogfish.com/brews-spirits...teau-jiahu.htm
