I have no idea but if you check out the site (don't!) it has little to nothing to do with either India nor amnesty. In fact it is one of the most repulsive, racist, hate mongering sites I have ever seen. Apparently I need to be more careful with what pics I link as that probably got me on a half a dozen watch lists!
