Toda Ojisama clutch installed with a Teflon coated bearing cover from BG. Also got their revised TOB, I had early build with loose tolerances.

Still need to do the break in miles but very street able flywheel, 16 pounds vs 20 stock.

I'm glad I did this sooner, changed out my oil pickup to an IAG one. This was a FRS I own for 2 years off an auction I got. I had a feeling this thing was clogged up.

How did you have a feeling? Did you monitor oil pressure and saw it dropping?

No I don't have any thing that monitors the oil, the engine was always running fine. After seeing the issues with the RTV on the gr86 platform, I always wanted to check mines and change out the cheap oil pickup.

X-Force Race inspired catback

Why did I change exhaust? Well I backed into a curb thing a few years ago so my titanium faction fab has been bent all this time. Wanted 2.5" I think 70mm is overkill for NA engine.

My First choice would have been HKS HiSpec II for GR86 since they are light and 2.5", but it had the stupid donut flange. I need flat flange to mate with JDL UQFP

A few things this exhaust is pretty heavy at 33.75 lbs for everything. I may not have bought if I know. But im happy I did. It is extremely well built the hangers are super thick and im in love with the helmholtz pipe.

You get 2 tip options included as well rainbow and plain stainless

So here are the weights
Rear mid pipe 10.3lbs

Remaining midpipe 6lbs

Canisters 10.7lbs

Tips and remaining hardware 6.7lbs

Those hangers are thick

Unlike my HKS I had years ago Xforce cleans out any weld over flow

Also made a sound clip. Setup is now ACE 350 headers, JDL UQFP, XForce Race catback. Try to ignore the ticking from the engine its not an exhaust leak it goes away after the car is warmed up

https://youtube.com/shorts/qiWnJdzDD...5QM1YIc5W9IqPV

Car weight now increased to 2389.5 LBS ugh

Did a thing.. gently used IRP shifter. Somehow the little bushing that centers the pin the gear stopper screw hits is missing causing misalignment in 1-2. Owner thinks he has a box of them somewhere, waiting for him to possibly find that.

Emailed IRP directly to see if they could ship one out.

Hand wash, full clay bar, hand polish, hand wax with ceramic wax. So shiny, _almost_ as shiny as May 2012 when I picked her up.

Man I wish I was able to do that to mine. I have terrible swirls the dealership added before I purchased.

My 2018 tS was a mess. It sat in the showroom for about four months and all the salesmen did was take an old shop cloth and grind the dust into the soft, water based paint. (See the before and after images)

Find a good shop and pay to have a professional paint correction done. You do not have to go so far as having a ceramic coating applied. You can ask for just a wax. You may be able to watch the process if you wish so you can do it yourself the next time. There are also lots of DIY videos on YouTube if you are so inclined.
