It's is 4 visits for the same problem which for me us the fuel pump both the noise and it going out this will make the fuel pumps 4th time being repaired

My chirps are back, after a couple hundred miles. Which is what I think most of us expected anyways.

Your fuel pump actually went out? I put 9600 miles on the first fuel pump parts, then came in for the replacement parts, that I am sure are the same.

Chirps are back for me too = ( but i did have high hopes when i did get the new one installed and those got shot down. Ill be going back and having them order new parts and what not and mention this 2nd gear synchro problem cause i wont be able to take it once it gets a lil cooler outside and it being a even colder start!

Mine went out actually died on my way to the dealer it would start and idle but as soon as I went to go it would stall towed it in and they said it was the fuel pump put a old one from someone that did the exchange on it so I could go on vacation then switched it to the current one that is chirping louder than ever

My chirps are loud as hell right now, way louder than my old one...I'm almost tempted to strip it down and see if I can find the root of the squeak and maybe use some red neck ingenuity to repair it. We'll see once I have the car torn apart for the turbo install...

Also I won't be able to make it to the AutoX since I will be installing my exhaust but I will be at Pavs.

I'm a hydraulics engineer with 2 college degrees in aviation I have been dying to tear one open and just fix it if your down to id be glad to look at it
