Anyone check their VON with SOA recently?

The dealership I ordered from is pretty small and they are only allocated 2 cars until November. I ordered on 3/1 at about 10:30am.
I'm being impatient because I sold my damn summer wheels/tires and I'm still on snows. arrrgh

I'm #1 at my dealer and no word yet... Car was ordered 3/1 at 0936 EST so yeah, my dealer is small so I'd imagine just because I'm first doesn't mean I won't see my car till after all you big city boys and girls.

Just got my VON from the dealership. SOA rep was kind enough to call and get it for me . Unfortunately no VINs or ETAs. She only said Congratulations your order is in our system to lift my spirits up. I think this means my pre order status is still "wait list"?

I also figured out that most people getting their VINs are those who are either no. 1 and 2 at their dealership orders or their orders were placed march 1st! so jelly... xD

Dealer just sent me an e-mail saying "There are 2 boats arriving in May, one on the 16th and one on the 30th. Your car will be on one of them". He then went on to ask if there were any accessories I wanted added to my car since when I put in my pre-order I wasn't asked that question.

So, if you're anywhere on the East Coast like me (I live in central NY), hopefully this gives a little bit more insight into when you can expect to be contacted!

If your info about the 11th digit is correct, then I can confirm that would be accurate in my case as well. I ordered manual transmission and my 11th digit is indeed a "1".

I placed it on March 14th at about 6pm (hope that's accurate enough)

I believe I'm at least 2nd in line at the dealer. If the other guy dropped out, hurray!

Head over here: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5640 and have them run an FR-S. Probably won't be right on, but I would be willing to bet the BRZ would be lower than the FR-S just because of the brand. My agency (AAA) just quoted me $533/6mo for it.
