MotoGP via their Video Pass. Indonesia round today. This was Honda and their 8 time world champion highsiding during warm-up.
Two shoulder surgeries, one broken arm that got infected needing a bone graft from his pelvis, double vision from a damaged nerve all in the last 2 years. 25 million a year and one of the fastest/toughest men ever to race. |

just finished the cruella movie. was expecting something comic-book villan/hero kinda thing.
it was a really good movie by itself, but could never shake the burden of trying to place itself before 101 dalmations. that's really what made it terrible-- attempting to create a 'hero' backstory for a legacy disney villan. the dogs were cool, the dalmations in it were bipolar, i appreciated that the sidekicks were portrayed as competent individuals with unique skillsets instead of bumbling morons, though trying to place the male cross-dresser in 1965 england felt like a new-age stretch to instill current-era gender associations instead of something that was more likely to occur in 1965...

watched the matrix revolutions last night. nothing really new, literally a parade lap of the matrix series, attempting to bookend what many felt were loose ends in the series...
just as good as the previous iterations, better updated cgi, just re-done.
