Hey everyone, I got my Firestorm MT FR-S on the 8th and I love it. I've been on this site almost all day everday since before I even had the car. It's been a great place to learn about such a fun little car.

New FSR Owner

Just picked up my Scion FRS on Sat. what a great car I have 425 miles on since then. I can't wait to start some upgrades any advise on what's first. I was thinking Cold Air Intake.

Just got my FR-S last night

I couldn't sleep all night and actually instead of eating lunch today at work I just went for a little cruise in the back roads.

Some would suggest a drop in filter as no many available intakes provide significant gain.

I agree with the guy above. Talk to Jeremy at ft86speedfactory.com. He's a really nice n helpful guy and his prices on stuff are awesome. (( shameless plug for a good vendor ))

Whats up guys, names josh and I dont have the car yet but plan on getting a Whiteout FR-S perferably brand new with the paint protection package next year after I save up a nice down payment. Im only 21 so its gonna take me a few months but itll be well worth it.

As for now im driving my other joy which is a 2004 vw jetta gli. Its got full bolt ons pushing 22psi of boost and a ton of other mods.

Hopefully its not against the rules to post pics?

Yeah but its gonna be a lot funner to drive and RWD. Im kinda tired of Fail Wheel Drive lol besides I have a Yamaha YZF-R6 if I get the speed bug. Im planning on eventually getting a turbo kit for the fr-s and definitely want to track it and matbe learn how to drift if I can afford it.

That's the spirit as far as drifting goes this car is ready to drift out of the box. Best bet buy yourself a set of used 5x100 16" wheels and hit up your local tire shops for used tires also Craigslist is a great place to find cheap used tires. You can look for tires to fit your stock wheels like I have but that's only cuz I have access to a tire machine.
