OR - Hillsboro - Royal Moore Subaru - Sales (so far, don't know about the service dept.)
Sales: Brandon Kang
Story: Sold me a 2015 Dark Gray Metallic Limited BRZ MT for $26,633 out the door. Since I wanted Blue, they they in the chrome fender trim to sweeten the deal a little, but I would have purchased it without that. Brandon was straight forward, the price never changed while I was thinking about it and there was never any pressure. Highly recommended.

TN | Nashville | Downtown Subaru

Salesman: Chris K.

I rolled into the dealer about 15 minutes before close on a saturday. my sales guy comes out and just starts a friendly chat, i tell him that i've been looking at brz's for well over 3 years, that there are a few dealerships out in ohio and the carolinas that are advertising their 15's for about 2k off MSRP and that i was serious about buying. we took an extended test drive, he offered me 3k off MSRP if i was really serious about doing business and i took him up on it. we went back to the office, had to sign a loan agreement for the rest of the weekend and drove it home, went back monday morning and within an hour it was all done and taken care of. no stupid fees, fighting, haggling or anything. it was the least stressful and straightforward experience i can imagine having when spending that amount of money on a car.

GA - Subaru of Macon
Salesman: Jim Turner, Kerri Belle the online rep was also very helpful
Service: Rusty Suddeth, Jamie Meeks

They are a great dealership. They used to be part of a Mercedes and Volvo dealership so some of the luxury customer service reps have transferred over. I have also bought a 2.5i Impreza from there too which was also a pleasant buying experience. They try to push their packages but no strong arming was done to force me to do anything. The negotiation was quite easy since the car was already marked down $2505! They worked with me with rates since I 'threatened' to go with another bank. Their service department is great and has never treated me wrong with my Impreza.

Took the BRZ in to get the protection coating sprayed. Noticed a chip on the front bumper after I got it back and Im pretty sure I didn't cause it. Spoke with the service department. They seemed not to like the idea of me bringing up the chip since it was my word against theirs and there is not photo proof from either side but said they will taking care of it. Will post back when it gets done.

UPDATE:
Got my car back from the chip repair. They did as they said and took care of it at no charge. I appreciate that they did since there was no proof either way. The touch up was done very well and I could not even point out where the chip was in the first place. It did take them a little while for them to get in to contact with me and they are bad at answering emails, but in the end all is well. They also gave a me a loaner car since they were keeping the car over night. Overall still satisfied with this dealership and service department.

WA-Bremerton- Peninsula Subaru
Sales: Joe Hall/Adam Gary
Service: N/A
Story: I don't normally write or read reviews because I'm always skeptical of them but I had such a great experience that I felt I owed it to them.
Purchased a new BRZ Premium on 01/16/2016. I had been to 3 other dealers in the area with all of them trying to pull the typical sleazy used car salesman bait and switch tactics.
From the moment I contacted the internet salesman, Joe Hall, I knew the experience with Peninsula Subaru was going to be different. There was no haggling back and forth as I already knew what other dealerships were offering for the exact same vehicle and Joe agreed to my first offer. I arranged for a test drive later that week.
Showed up to the test drive and was greeted immediately by Adam Gary. Really nice guy. He grabbed the keys to the car and off we went. Five minutes into the test drive I'm sure Adam realized that I knew way more about the car than he did so he just sat back and navigated to the best twisty roads in the area. There was absolutely no pressure and the test drive was extremely fun. Thanks Adam.
Went back to the dealership and within about an hour and a half I was signing the financing paperwork. No surprises in the fine print.
Everything was upfront, honest and smooth. I will definately recommend this dealership and Joe/Adam to all of my friends and family.

Lees Summit Subaru in Lees Summit, MO

While I wouldn't say my buying experience was perfect, it was OK. And I think if not for the three issues I had, it would've been much better. However, I don't think I would service my car there...ever.

My sales guy while not being the best, was at least calm and not pushy. He didn't know much about the car other than a few things here and there. However, I don't really expect sales people these days to even know what brand they are selling for anyway, let alone a limited production model.

He was good on communication and kept me posted throughout the process after my initial visit for putting a deposit on the car while the one they located was brought in. Sent me a picture of the car when it arrived - and that's where the bad started to happen.

My finance guy was awesome. Not pushy at all trying to get me to buy the extras. He simply informed me of my options, gave me a minute to decide, and ended up getting a discount on just the GAP coverage. (I don't really keep cars long enough to use any of the other options).

When I got the picture, I noticed the front bumper had dirt, bugs, etc on it. I knew right there the car wasn't towed in and instead driven from another dealer it was located from. But I didn't question or press any issues because maybe it happened at the other dealer through a test drive or two.

When I finally came down and went over the car I noticed it had 400 miles on it. OMG! I put up a little argument with my finance guy and demanded they compensate me for it. Ended up getting the brz car cover (I wanted it anyway). However, I should've demanded more as a non-tow trip is only half the cost of their tow trip. Eh, whatever. I got a sweet deal on my trade-in ($3,300 more than their initial offer).

Fast forward, I later find out that my windows are tinted. Well cops in my town are bored, so I drove back to the dealership the next morning to have it removed. I also noticed rail dust under the hood, window rubber trim, and trunk. EEEK!

I met my sales guy and sales manager, they promised to take care of everything. A few days later, I go pick up the car and all the tint is removed and most of the rail dust.

Unfortunately neither my sales guy or manager was around then so I ended up talking to the service manager. He wasn't fond of me complaining about the issues with my car. He said the driver window trim and trunk were not mentioned in the service write up they initially wrote.

Wow, really dude? I bought a brand new car and you are going to give me a hard time already because your dealership failed to properly detail and prep the car? So after some fussing, he finally told me to bring it back in and have it taken care of.

I reported this issue to SOA and they are giving me Subaru "funds" to buy parts and/or service for several hundred dollars.

TLDR: Buy car there just don't service it there if it's on their dime.

TX - Houston - Subaru of Clear Lake - Sales

Sales: Luis Pena

Story: Very accommodating, not too pushy. Luis even crammed himself into the backseat of the BRZ when I brought my husband back for the test drive, and then again when I had to drive the specific car I was purchasing (It was in the showroom, so they didn't drive it out of there until we signed the deal.. but I had to drive THAT car before closing the deal).

Paid sticker price so I could get 0% financing, but they met me where I wanted to be in haggling on my old car's trade value... so in the end, it was a wash. They were willing to come $1500 off sticker, but then I would not have been eligible for the 0%... so I asked for $1500 more on my trade. They gave me $1300.

Finance department was super simple, explained the warranties to us but did not go crazy-pressure. We purchased the 6 year coverage which came with lifetime oil changes, well worth it since I am not a change-your-own-oil girl and the dealership is very near my home.

Overall VERY satisfied with the level of customer service on the sales floor.

ON (Canada) - Belleville - Bay Subaru - Matt (sales), Rick (service)

Great deal, and the car was prepped immaculately - and believe me, I am picky.

They installed my Pro Kit and Borla touring without question.

ON (Canada) - Kingston - Subaru of Kingston - Peter (sales), Paul and Berk (service)

Will give a thumbs up for Subaru of Kingston. My personal experiences have been nothing but good. I bought my car from Peter and I typically deal with Paul for service although I've also dealt with Berk and he's been good too.
