Some good logging to just a CSV file would be awesome right now. I don't really need graphs on the unit itself.

This raised a good question for me. By "options," I don't know if you mean tunable parameters in regards to different intakes, etc., or if you mean different canned tunes that are set up for certain aftermarket parts. Hopefully the latter, because that's what I'm hoping for. Noob-friendliness.

I'm at work right now on my gub'ment computer, so I wouldn't dare download .exe files unless I wanted you all to see me on Fox News portrayed as the latest insider terrorist. So I'm just going to ask... if I download TunerPro and the OTS maps from this page, even though I don't have the tablet yet, can I use my own computer to see various maps that are already tailored to specific aftermarket parts?

I'm under the impression/hoping that the zip file has a selection of mod-specific maps and you just select the one most similar to your setup, flash, and go.

If that's not how it works, I'd appreciate if someone could set me straight on how it does work. Thanks!

Sofar it consists of Stage 1 maps for stock and AirRaid intakes.
But these maps are available in various folders named as:
ZA1J700C
ZA1J900C
ZA1JA00C
ZA1JA01C
and i have no idea, what is the difference between these folders, while the maps are named the same way and are of the same size.
Could someone explain what these ZA1J... numbers/codes are standing for?

Is that in response to my question? If so, are you saying that's the only maps it contains?

It's the calibration ID for the ROM that you are using. For OpenFlash, at least, it expects you to match it up with the calibration ID that your car is currently using. It will throw an error, otherwise. They want to prevent you from flashing in an incompatible ROM.

Canned tunes. There are only prebuilt tunes for the stock and AirRaid intakes so far. They have indicated that canned tunes for various other combinations of parts is coming in the future. As far as tunable parameters, there are well over 100 different maps, scales, and values that you can change to whatever you want if you are so inclined.

Awesome, thanks. And I suppose the v1 base map will still be better than the factory tune for the time being?

Depends on your viewpoint and definition of better. But yes, empirically, it is definitely more fun to drive. Though that may just be the different throttle mapping lying to me.

The nice thing is that you can open the stock rom you pulled before flashing and compare it to the new one to see the differences.

Have you had a chance to see what has changed between 01C and 01D?
