Getting that blasted piece out was not pleasant. I took half the interior apart trying to free it up. A lot of guides suggesting you should reach up behind the knee-pad trim piece and pop it out from behind, but there is zero chance of my hand fitting up there. Ultimately I shoved a trim removal tool under the cubby on the bottom right corner, while pushing down on the center console trim. That popped one clip loose and I was able to work my way along the bottom edge until the whole thing came out.

Haha the easiest way I found was not to pop the trim piece itself out from behind, but to remove the little trim piece under the kneepad, reach up under the kneepad and pop out the USB/AUX module. That part sticks further back and is easier to reach, and much easier to push out. It pops forward, so then you pull it out the front, and can reach into the resulting hole with your finger and get a good grasp on that trim piece and yank it out

Looking to disable ABS and permanently enable pedal dance. I’m hearing via FB groups that pulling the ABS fuse does both? Can someone clarify if that AND a track box are required? Thanks in advance

It does but it also fucks up your brake balance hard. Some people here have tried it, they can chime in.

I've daily driven 6+ months during drift season with my ABS fuse pulled. I didn't notice any significant difference in brake balance just felt like driving a normal analog car. Feel free to ask if you want to know anything specific.

Well, I havent done it myself but I have a few track buddys who tried it (for different reasons) and what they all felt is that the bias shifts to the front heavily. Yes brakes work, but trail braking becomes hard because of how the bias shift to the front (bias normally is already way too much forward). Thinking about it now, for drifting, its probably perfect since you want much more front bias for altering your speed with the brakes without stopping the drift (overpowering the engine with the rear brakes).

Have you tried grip driving wiht it off? Does the front feels like its doing all of the job? No rotation while trailing? Im always up for story time

I noticed that when I turn on the fan switch the oil temp reading on my Torque app won't read....really strange.

I just installed the trac box but I get no features. The switches light up but none of the features seem to be working. The only thing I did was depin the options connector to sleeve the wire. As far as I can tell the wires were pinned back to the correct spot. Might be a defective unit.

Torpue app tend to bombard the canbus when in "fast mode" is enabled. And it's technicianly outside of spec. I would mess with the speed to make it like a standard scanner. Or check because some cheaper bluetooth elm327 copies tends to have messy canbus implementation. So they work but not the best to spec.

yeah that won't be a issue like i said in the email il send you a replacement! might of been just a issue with the sensor inputs. But i wont be able to tell until i replace it.

FINALLY got around to installing it, maybe when FUN is 'un-cancelled' I can play with it.

I was pointed to a custom switch from CH4X4 that fits perfect in the usb slot.
