Pfff, I'm not so sure about that. Even so, I would be cool with hanging back with you. I took a page out of @BigFatFlip's book on Wednesday and did a relaxed run of Pinehurst and Redwood - just taking in the sights, sounds, and smells of the roads. Turns out it was a good decision since there was a fair amount of dirt/grit on the road still as well as rocks from the recent rainfall.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for me since it had been nearly three weeks since I had driven my car. It felt so amazing and LOW after driving around my tC for weeks... I think I've fallen in love all over again!

Just wanted to give it another shot and post that there will be a meet March 29th 2014 at Le Mans Karting in Fremont. It is going to be an organized event so roll in is at 11AM. Hope to see you guys there! There will be discounts that day on go kart racing also.

Believe me, I'd be in the back with you guys if I didn't have to lead

. I just did a quick scouting run during my lunch break and Drew is quite right, lots of rocks and debris in the middle of the road from rock slides and plenty of dirt "overflowing" onto the road from the cliffside thanks to the recent rain. I'd say based on this, it will be more of a "swift" cruise than our usual speed.

If I could take the time off, I would road trip out east as I have family in CT.
