Yeah, that's where its at for now (but since I'm right-handed, that's less than ideal).

Guess I'll get one of those "under the column" bracket/holsters.

I'm going to revisit the "I hate the paint" theme.

I just count about a half dozen bright white spots on my hood the appeared over the winter. My wife's similarly red 2005 Mustang has zero paint spots on the hood with more than double the mileage and 5x as many years on the road.

Uggh....

The sun visor feels really cheap. That's pretty much it.

clearly i didn't read all that's mentioned previously, but...
-no center console arm rest
-ridiculously light clutch pedal. my old car was like doing a 100 lb single leg press(which i quite enjoyed) but now i feel like i can breathe on the thing and it will depress...makes finding the sweet spot harder.
-daytime running lights
-cold 2nd gear shift
-driver's side blind spot--feel like i gotta do a 180 just to make sure nobody is there...which has caused me to turn the side mirror wayyy out...and i'm still not 100% comfortable.

That belongs on your person. I carry a 45 IWB and have no issues with fitting in the seats. And I'm 6'2" and 230lbs.

But I always carry this way, so maybe I'm just used to it.

My complaints with the car, 2014 FR-S base.

1. Condensation in rear tail lenses.
2. Chirpy high pressure fuel pump.
3. Stock stereo (base model) is finicky with bluetooth.

That's about it for now. Only ticked over 2000 miles this weekend.

The back seat is useless if the two people up front are tall. They should have ditched the back seat and made it a hatchback.

A sun roof would be nice.

Insurance rates are higher for 2 seater cars.

The only thing I dislike about mine are the alcantara seats. I would have preferred standard leather.

I hate that this thread is a prime of example of you can't make everybody happy.
I hate how Toyota got so big they had to outsource the manufacturing of this car and as a result it was built to Subaru's standards instead of Toyota's (ex minor issues like condensation, squeaks, hard to change spark plugs, and etc).
I hate how all car manufacturers haven't perfected durable water based paint
I hate how this car gets constantly bashed about HP when it's closest competitors like the "more of the same ho hum" Civic Si and "the better not hold it for the long haul fugly" GTI do not.
I hate how people bought this thing thinking it was a Ferrari are the first ones to bash it.
I hate how this and every other sporty Japanese car under 30K will be riced out by bottom feeders years from now.
I hate how Toyota and Subaru felt the car magazines would do all their advertising for them and then abandon the car.
I hate how the dealers don't know squat about the cars and leave them on the lot expecting them to sell themselves.
I hate how Toyota and Subaru fanboys can rationalize how one twin is discernibly better than the other.
I hate Subaru fanboys that shun the BRZ because it doesn't have the beloved Subaru AWD.
I hate how Scion thinks a mono spec line up with the "special" models released every six months is a good way to boost sales. Just sell the base model and a premium model, train your stupid sales staff, advertise the car on TV (believe it or not, not everybody wants a Camry, Corolla, or Forrester), keep sales expectations realistic (Mazda is not getting rich off the Miata and they know it), fine tune the quality control over at Gunma, and stop ignoring the chirp. Holy run on sentences, Batman!
Once again I hate salesmen that barely know what's in a brochure, I realize many of them are between jobs but challenge yourself -who can't sell a sensible Camry? I'm not expecting knowledge like a fanboy but don't make things up (I had one tell me about the timing belt on a rotary engine..)
Toyota do something about Scion, you can't expect the TC and FR-S to keep it afloat.
I hate how few options are available like: no OEM car cover, no rubber trunk mat, larger OEM wheels, no interior lighting, no upgraded door sills, no skirts and etc.
I hate how the twins have Prius tires!

Another thing I hate, my useless dealer has no idea how new maps on the OEM navi are acquired or installed!
Applies to most cars with HIDs and fog lights, have car manufacturers noticed how weird HID headlights look with halogen fog lights?

Update: live chat with Scion.com yesterday- they have no idea how to update map data, they said go back to the dealership. My response "my dealership barely knows what an FR-S is". Now that I think of it, they may not even know how to spell it.

Not nearly as bad as LED DRL's with halogen headlights (Ahem, Kia)
Hell, even Mercedes does it if you don't order the lighting package
