You sure she wasn't just wearing heels? Most women don't get much taller after high school.

Maybe. I didn't notice her shoes. Honestly, after being shocked at how much taller she was, I was more curious as to what types of beer she'd picked out to buy.

so i just found out today that pep-boys is gonna go to a commission based pay. i REALLY don't like that idea. it's gonna be ~$6 an hour + 1% of whatever we sell. we don't have lots of expensive items that people buy, so I may be looking for a new job soon. shame, because i really like working here.

i'm making $8 an hour. if we sold more expensive items, more often, then i wouldn't worry about it. the problem is, most of our transactions are less than $25

Ah so you're now going to need to sell $160 worth of stuff (assuming normal 8hr day) everyday. Idk how much you normally sell but commission based stuff at stores annoys me since the workers are now also salesmen lol

I will admit, I've even had customers tell my manager I'm a great salesman, but I can't do shit unless I've got the opportunity. For example, we made a grand total of $731 in sales today on the retail side. How am I supposed to make enough money to support myself and Ashe when she moves in?

Sounds like the right priority to me!

MomHawk does this to me all the time. She's usually about 3 to 4 inches shorter than me, then she'll put on heels and pants where you can't see them, then suddenly she's taller than me.

I want a new .22LR pistol. Revolver or another semi? I like my M&P22, but I don't find it that accurate - I'm about to pick up new sights for it, but kinda started researching other popular .22s.

Common with Volks Wagens.

Thinking of getting a radar detector, looking at either the Escort Passport 8500 X50 Black or the newer 9500ix.

To me, they both look like they do the same shit. I've never had a good radar before only the cheapo ones (that go off way too often to be useful) what is worth the extra $200 price tag?

Also, I see there are a bunch of things you can sign up for for radars nowdays, does that mean you have to subscribe for extra shit every month?

9500ix is a top-tier non-custom mounted solution. Update-able database of red lights, "learns" false alerts you encounter on your drive, excellent sensitivity across various bands, and doesn't leak signal that can be detected by a Spectre.

They don't work if the officer is using a laser to get your speed. So you pay $200 for the radar detector and more for the ticket
Most see the radar detector and give you the ticket just because you have one.

Me ... I see them and play music.. Turn my radar off and on lol
