If you used the throttle body coolant lines for the turbo, could ice have built up inside the TB and intake, causing this much water in the intake?

He did mention it was very cold out.

First weekend it's dropped below freezing. A couple actual snow flakes fell. And I didn't drive my car the whole weekend.

FBM Stage 1 base kit.

I don't think it has anything to do with software. There was literally water dripping out of the air intake. That is not normal. lol.

The car runs great. It has a custom tune performed by Pure Automotive. I started the car this morning and it was very cold. Started right up and came right down to normal idle after warming for a few minutes. After about 10 minutes of warming I left for work. The moment I hit a main road, it bogged and died. My guess is that when the car warmed up it melted some frost or something else and is messing with the maf sensor.

I won't get to play with it until I get home. However I don't believe it has anything to do with the software.

Thanks for your reply.

You're right, I am sorry. I have not seen previous threads. Either the MAF has water in in messing up with it or there is water in the piston. Please let us know how you fixed the issue when it is.

Sounds like it's flooded, try holding your foot on the floor and cranking it. Mine did that if I stalled it, was a bitch to get going and when it did it ran pig rich for a second.

I'll give that a shot when I get home. Gonna inspect the intake first.

This pipe is FULL of water. I got it to start but it was still running weird. So i took the tube off. Water was blowing out of the blowoff valve. Where the hell could all of it come from. It's not coolant. It doesn't smell or look like coolant.

If there was enough water to lock the motor and mess up the sensor readings resetting them all by disconecting the battery for 20min or so may help.

While the battery is disconected I'd clean everything the best I could. Pul the MAF and use a MAF cleaner on it and let dry throughly. Then I'd go to town with a rag and some WD40 inside the intake and also spraying some into the engine itself.

You maybe able to expel any moisture in the block itself by holding your foot down and starting (much like clearing a flooded engine.)

Sir I would highly recommend you stop running that car until you find the source of the water. Water doesn't compress at all. Get enough of it in one cylinder and your rods will compress, break, and destroy your engine.
