so I played more NFS this weekend and I can't believe there's no headlight or tail light upgrades for our frs/brz. I wanted to replicate my real world build too...

Whenever I got stuck I just did the other missions to rank up my rep to unlock more parts. After I got past Amy everything was pretty much cake. Even the races with Magnus, although those races ended up being my last few ones so I was already pushing over 900 HP.

Welp, while doing the Outlaw story line last, I came across the 200HP challenge and I couldn't use my FRS. Went and used the AE86, close enough :P

I'm about 2 hours in I finally got my copy tonight. First impression was the handling is really odd but once you get the hang of it its alright. I sort of reminds me of the handling in GTA games haha.

Graphics are awesome and the car mods are exactly what i would expect from NFS. People who are complaining about no manual option are crazy the game would be impossible in manual.

Is the Crew option not available yet? we should have a ft86 crew.

When you unlock more adjustable parts you can make the handling very personal :P

Alright guys it's been a month since we've posted in this thread. Played the game last night and with the new update the missions seemed to be a little easier. At least the ones titled "hard" having a lot more fun with the game now then I did before. Been drifting alot on Forza 4 and then tried drifting in this game and man is there a difference..... I'll have to get used to it again. lol

I also heard they fixed the rubber-band ai. Can anyone confirm?

Been able to do quite a bit with the car customization and driving. I now have a 950+hp Supra that is kind of my go to car now. The GT86 is mostly just set up for complete drift.

Last night I was able to pass the "Mental Block" mission. The one where you do the Gynaka(I know i'm butchering that word but oh well) with Ken Block. Took me a while to actually get it until I set up my supra correctly. Before I was going more drift and what I find to work best with my driving style is the Blue grip tires, with Brake Drift assist on, and Drift Stability assist off. Help actually get around the corners in a slight drift and hold it nicely but then get back on the gas and have the grip to get out of the corner.

Lol. I havent been able to play much and I only get on the game here and there.. The younger brother likes to use it to play Black Ops 3.
