I haven't taken the spare out, and honestly hadn't even thought about it. When I looked it didn't seem like it provided that much more additional space and not having a "flat" bottom has always been more of a pain to me then the little extra space it would provide.

And correction, according to my pic, I had 4 rims, 4 tires, a pair of gloves AND an empty 2L Coke bottle with what appears to be a Dominos personal sized pizza...
Yep - I got my four OEM wheels with mounted tires plus four new tires all crammed in the same way.

Does anybody know the dimension limits for loading in through the passenger side? I can't find my measuring tape.

I use the "looks about right" measuring technique.
There are just too many angles and protrusions to try to say it is X x Y.

Just a tad smaller than what you're trying to get in there.

OR

If you think it may not fit ....... there is a good chance it won't.

OK guys well I have fit a gigantic carpet extractor before and it was pretty much what I'd consider the limit of what I could load in, next time I go to the hardware store I might measure it.

the reason I'm asking is I'm thinking of buying a compact washer and dryer, would be great if they could fit in.
