No problem. Since your original file is ZA1JA01G, just upload ZA1JA01G OTS maps. In fact, OpenFlash Manager won't let u load anything else. No need for you "stock" map

As Shiv said you should be fine with loading up the A01G ROM's. ie the .bin format entire ROM Where you will run into problems id if you try to use the .dev format database format option as the OFT will try to build a ROM and will look at checksums ect in your "standard" ROM . since its an Ecutek "stock" ROM it not actually exactly the same as stock ROM at it has a few bytes of ecutec license info embedded in it (performs as standard though). I think Shiv was working on a stock ROM overwrite feature sometime in the future. To use the .dev format option you would need to send shiv a copy of your stock "ecutek" ROM to add to the database. |

here is my latest set of runs logged on v1.55b. On my 2nd tank of 91 after a previous fill up of 94. So about 500 miles of learning on this tune. IAM has stayed pretty close to 1, dipped a few moments to around 0.94 or so while driving but on these runs stayed at 1 all the way. I think it looks pretty good but someone more knowledgeable than me please take a look and confirm.

Would you please kindly supply me with the true stock A01G file (as opposed to my ecuteck stock file)? Robert promised me this when I ordered Thanks in advance. Quote:
I have loaded A01G 1.55b rom over the weekend and it's awesome. like everyone else has said, this should be how it came from the factory. |

@shiv@vishnu
I've been having a couple weird run-ins with a rough idle suddenly. In particular, last night after a 20 minute drive (somewhat spirited, but not even close to redline) - I began to notice my idle would dip below 700 and I could feel the car "choking" (sorry if the term is wrong). I've had this tune for a while now, and I find it weird to have this problem now. Just to be safe, and not knowing what to do. I simply reset my ECU (via battery disconnect), figured that might help esp. after my K&N Filter install. Any ideas what happened in the first place?

Enjoy the maps! I am running 1.55b and absolutely love it. I run high enough octane that my IAM is always 1 and Fine Learning knock table is never populated. Launch control is great too and you can set it by RPM and also to which KM/H you want it to disengage

i was told A type roms dont support IAM montoring yet. havnt data logged with 1.56 to verify either. also im very interested in disabling the valve retardation/cat warm up thing during cold start.

The cold start warm up thing is very annoying I agree. Its actually not valve retardation but timing retard. OEM it is set at -15deg retard during the warm up phase. I have set mine to -8deg and the drone is much reduced. On my next flash I plan on reducing it to -4 degrees to reduce it further. This is very easily changed via romraider or other editors.
