It's pretty amazing how nice that curve looks, John definitely nailed it during our street tuning time! Also for those that want to know, that's only 7lbs of boost on our crappy 91 octane here in Phoenix.

It's pretty impressive seeing the car continue passed its factory redline and make power... Alright John, I'll let you raise my redline when you get your hands on my car...

Do you have a preference on boost controllers for those who want some way to have dynamically adjustable boost settings? I'm not sure if I'm committed to flex fuel yet but dial-a-boost knob sounds neat

Does ecutek plus a aftermarket map sensor negate the need / or benefit of an externally adjustable waste gate or ebov for sc applications? More specifically is adding a boost controller,no longer needed? Or does the ecutek boost base map triggers cutoff stuff work good enough you no longer need a Tial or blitz product? Or with a smaller pulley and more midrange boost, is adding such an aftermarket add on to the kit a benefit? Thank you. |

John will you be offering a tune for us guys who have purchased Vortech through other dealers?
If I'm reading this correctly it's 600 per tune? With me having the hardware. Gregg Last edited by jdzumwalt; 01-25-2013 at 09:47 PM. |
