I'm not sure how he did it but you could try some teflon or electrical tape on the threads, or put a small spacer at the top of the knob to stop it from threading all the way.

Carson Toyota. Too damn expensive. lol Like $130 or so. Impulse buy but I like it because it goes with the interior scheme.

I asked the dealerships around here and they say they don't have these accessories yet and then I called Toyota customer service and they said they don't have them yet. Is Carson Toyota in the US? I am curious how they have it? Wonder if it fits another car or something.

Carson Toyota is a dealership, but Luis works there and he's a vendor here.

Yeah, Luis is the vendor, but his handle on here is Carson Toyota. But Luis is great, I've gotten most of my stuff from him, especially because I live about 10 minutes away from there.
