Well it has been several years since I bought oil so it may have gone up. I haven't bothered checking since 2015 since it was always fine and I don't see any puddles on the ground. I read that the stuff they make now is good for 100,000 miles so I will need to get it changed in a month or so. I have saved at least $1,000 on oil changes by waiting 4 years.

On a related note, it did not stain the carb and unless you saw the fuel in quantity you would not know it was dyed.

My father went to fill up a tractor one morning and the fuel tank was empty. He blew his top and went on a tirade and collected up the coil wires from my car, my brothers car, two motorcycles and the truck and held them hostage. He said he would return them after we had arranged and paid for, the tank to be refilled. Well, OK, I didn't need those new flipper hubcaps anyway … ![]() humfrz |

Ok. As he would have put it "borrowed" gas. From the neighbouring farms. In the middle of the night. Never returned.

Unless you are mixing in 100 oct with that 91, you are doing it wrong.
After seeing how much better the car ran I will only run e85 on track now. A lot cheaper then 4 gallons of 100 mixed in. |
