Why not, it has a great deal of aftermarket backing it up, it's a pretty good engine as well, saying this if they don't make a turbo version boxer engine, just an option I was throwing out there

That and I got one in my garage just sitting there waiting....

What you need to do with that is go find a S12 Nissan and put it in there.

I was just curious cause both subaru and toyota have motors that are equally as good or better than the SR.

And I still dont see any other motor besides a flat one swapping in easily.

No no no S12 is where its at. S13+ are way to popular for me. (except s15 of course)

Yeah.... I think I like the s13 coupe better, but that's not bad, reminds me of a corrola
But your right the s15 would be ideal, but good luck getting one without spending quite a bit

Please! Swap a VG30DETT into S12 like this

now put the joke on the side... S12 w SR20DET's do make awesome sound and drifting too

The reason a VG30DETT was swapped in is, the S12 was available in the US as a V6 from the factory, with an NA VG30.

I love those little S12 hatch's... Like a corolla but without the stupid price, and with better proportions and Nissan powah! (Yay FJ20!)

Lol, Hey, my younger brother has one of those. I bought it for him about 2 years ago. We are actually trying to work on a project and finish it up right now. SR20DE blacktop + turbo, S13 suspension front + rear, Z32 Brakes.
