It's all about burn/dodge tool, exposures and color balances. I raised the yellows and reds to "pop" the colors up a bit. Also made a black round gradient (darker on the edges), put opacity very low, then changed the blending to overlay.

This allows what you want darker to stay like that, then the flowers in the dark areas to "pop"
I liked the second one the most, it helped get the true color of the flower.

And I really need to get a photoshop soon.

What you think Ichi?

I prefer second though.

B&W the second one? The whole thing or just BG?

That last one Ichi, with the b/w background looks awesome! Lower the exposure or Gamma to make it a tad darker on the back and it will look magnifiqo!

Edit: oh and that little rock pebble thing in front of the rear wheel - its bugging the hell out of me

I would love to see B/W on the whole thing. It might not work well with a red car, but why not give it a try? Adjust the contrast and brightness to make it more dramatic.

Not a photographer, but love snapping pictures of cars (sorry for the thumbnails, but the originals are way to big and dont feel like resizing)

Ha. I think the first edited picture you did with red car and BW out background works way better.
It just makes the car pop. I think BW only works very well on White cars.
