Just raced a 00-01 WS6 Trans Am

Did a roll on from 20mph to around the top of 4th. Whatever that mph is. I missed the 1-2 shift a little but overall ended up 4 cars to me on the big end.

With that being said, how would you have known if it was the new boost that caused this issue or a combination of things from previous boosts? I would think the best way to test reliability is to have more kits out there on everyday cars.

What have I changed. All i've done thus far is continued to up the power. If I can make it reliable at 10psi. 4psi or 6psi or 8psi is nothing.

Again my opinion, no attacks

I'm taking it day by day. So far today i've taken 5-6 people on rides and raced 2 cars up to the top of 4th.

Doing a cars and coffee tomorrow for the community.

I'll make high horsepower stuff later. That is afterall what we normally do. This is our first venture into low horspower in quite some time.

I had my car out blasting around this morning again giving rides. The general consensus is that it feels like a mid to low 12 second car.
Thank you I like e85 for its massive power gain but I always prefer 93 so this is awesome. Also did you mean you pulled on the WS6 by 4 cars or he beat you by 4 car lenghts?

Mustang GT puts down roughly 360 whp, give or take. Then again, it's a Mustang. Not sure why everyone compares the two cars.

Thats the point of power to weight ratio.

280whp is what, about 330 at the crank assuming 15% drivetrain loss?

so 2800lbs/330 = 8.48lbs/hp

mustang gt would be 3600lbs/420 = 8.57lbs/hp

Also @Visconti I just read the "to me" part on dons post about the WS6 haha

If you guys want, I can tell you that it'll likely be on par if not a tiny bit faster than a new M3.

Yes but the GT wasn't mentioned and the normal 5.0 Mustang is down on this 86 for power to weight.
No I don't understand the comparison either, at the first corner the Mustang would be history and that's just the start of the points it fails to compare on.

I'll have my gopro and aim solo (not designed for this kind of stuff but I'll look into what accel numbers it'll give) with me when I'm up there in a few weeks.. easy enough to do a video if you don't have something by then.
