OK got another question for you guys. I have the FA20club IAT relocation plate and I was going to tap into it to make a port for a boost gauge but its pretty tight on space and I don't want to mess it up. Would I be able to make a "T" off the port where the IAT sensor goes or would that screw up the accuracy of temp readings??

good question. I was looking for a boost source for my AEM failsafe wideband recently and that would be great if it worked.

This is what I have in mind. I might give it a shot and see if it works. Worst case I can always change it back.

Just looking at the pic, I'm pretty sure it's as follows.

1) T with 1/2 in NPT threads on all three ports
2) Double male 1/2 in NPT adapter
3) 1/2 in NPT to 3/8 in NPT adapter
4) 3/8 in NPT to 1/8 in hose adapter

Add in Teflon tape and DO NOT tape below the second last thread from the opening.

*3) could be eliminated if you either you get a 1/2 in NPT to 1/8 in hose adapter, or get a T with 1/2 in NPT on two sides and 3/8 in NPT on one side.

Would this work?

1 - 1/2" Threaded NPT Tee
2 - Qty 2 of these - 1/2" Threaded NPT Hexagon Nipple
3 - 1/2" x 1/8" Threaded NPT Reducer
4 - 1/8" Threaded NPT x 1/8" Hose Nipple

I will get you the list of what I picked up when I get home from work. My car is tuned for the IAT kit as well so I will test it out tomorrow morning and let you know how it turns out.

1/2" NPT is huge. Pretty sure that's 1/4" NPT to 1/8" NPT for the barb.
