It's all preference though IMO. If you don't take care of something it will die earlier regardless..
I echo your sentiment, but my calculations put the limited at or around $30K OTD for me and that's just too much. Yeah I'm hitting $27K+ OTD for the Premium, but I can't justify that extra few thousand because of seats and heaters when I don't really want anything else that the Limited trim offers.

In my experience navigation usually adds around $1800 to a car so to me it's worth it, not to mention the HID and the LED headlight suround and daytime driving bumper LEDS.

I don't like the red stitching. Too boy racer for me. Plus seats look better in the BRZ for me than the FRS.

i believe that frs and brz will get a torseon LSD, and BRZ will have an option for a mechanical LSD

Right with you there.

I'm..........confused. $24k is too much to pay for 200hp when it's a scion, but @ $25k for a Subaru it's cheap... dafuh... ?!?! Yeah it's got Nav.. but the sound system is as good.. sooo...... $1200 for HIDs?

If you look at it logically like that then the FR-S is a better deal, but subjectively I just think the FR-S interior and headlights are ugly and so to me the BRZ is the better deal. I think the prices are close enough that it just comes down to taste. $1200 isn't much difference if you're financing, so it comes down to which one do you like better.

I think the Premium seats have better materials, and also we can't forget the fact that we can haggle Subi's price. Also getting the better dual-climate HVAC inside, and a nicer looking badge imo. Heated seats, mirrors (tho I think that's only the Limited)

Its totally worth the 1k more

Because Scion seems like the defunct step child that no one really wants but has to accept cause they want to bang the kids mom. I wouldn't mind the Scion, but I prefer the looks of the Subaru over the Scion. I was also able to source pricing sig below MSRP, so it actually will make it much closer to the FRS in pricing. Most likely cheaper insurance as well due to demographics (speculation at this point). The added HIDs, nav, seats, trunk liner, DRL, LED and suspension (prefer BRZ setup over FRS) makes the BRZ a better pick for me.

You don't get the auto climate control on the premium, it has the same manual controls as the FR-S
