Well considering they haven't sold cars here since the early 90's I think they've had time to improve product quality.

Correction to my statement: I have not owned Fiat(s) plural. I grew up with them because of my father. I only briefly owned a Spyder for a 6 month period before I had my license. Alfas are cars I grew up in from birth.
Milano (sedan) and spyder (4 speed convertible, early 80's I believe) and one other that was cussed at more than I care to remember (Giulia I think) and I'm using the term "owned" a bit loosely. I don't remember what year the cars were but this was the early to mid 1990's and they were not brand new. I was forced to work on them, all...the...time. Or worse, get out and push. I "owned" the Spyder but before I turned 16 my dad sold it. He bought a Honda on a whim (never owned a Japanese vehicle) and after 1 year of Honda ownership he pretty much said: "fuck these Italian pieces of shit, they're all getting sold." So I never got live the dream of spending my highschool years with an Italian sports car, er I mean, under an Italian sports car.

The older Alfas tended to rust out. My GTV had rust in the rockers and body panels.
My Pontiac LeMans had the same problems though. Pretty much every marque did. The only mechanical problem I had with the Alfa was having to adjust the points every month or so. Was looking into getting one of the new (at the time) non-mechanical point systems, but sold it before I got that far. Other than rust, points and the stiff clutch, I enjoyed the hell out of it for seven years. Now that most chassis are being fully dipped in primer after assembly, a lot of the rust problems have been lessened.

Is this the partnership with Mazda?
I honestly haven't seen the car before, so initial reaction to the rear is it looks exotic and exciting. Is it coming to north america?

![]() Curb weight of around ~900kg (dry), 240hp I4 Turbo..... only problem is it's 60k, and thats before the mark up considering NA is only getting 500 (yes thats not a typo) I'd still kill for one though ![]() In regards to it's coolness.... It's a essentially the Italian version of a Lotus Exige, without the boy racer look. Cool in my book!!

Pretty cool, but no where near on par with other cars that I've voted sub-zero.

Just googled some more pics....looks stunning...but damn that price. I'm actually starting to really like the C7 vette...which is in this same price range (and much more car, IMHO).
