Since deadening improves road noise as well, I am leaning towards it more. It's not cheap if you do full car right, but if I only do doors (which I hope is enough to improve sound quality), will it still cost more than 500?

Focal bam is like top of the range. Dynamat is a bit cheaper.
Depends on where you go. Some will only sound deadening around the speakers. Other will do the whole doors. Example of focal bam. Done properly. http://www.caraudio.com.au/forums/in...the-brz-or-86/ |

That is over done. I used 1 x Dynamat door pack over 2 cars, one of them was my Aust championship winning SQ car.. The other i was told i had too much midbass in at the only comp i put it in, the door was solid. it's all about correct placement, smothering the door like that is just a waste of money and adding unessasary weight.

I cut the SD into strips and squares, then i go over the door skin knocking and looking for any vibration, then when i do, whack on a piece.

A few questions.
How is the compatibility of the DDX630WBT with Apple iOS 7 and Android 4.4 Kitkat? I found out that other than the Subaru BRZ the Toyota 200mm wide 2DIN standard is also used by the Third generation (2007–2011; GE, GH, GR, GV) Subaru Impreza and Third generation (SH, 2008–2013) Subaru Forester. I was told by a dealer/installer that the steering wheel controls of the Subarus can be used by the Kenwood. There is no need for splicing. |
